Full-service Turnover management Services 

From the initial move outs, we will perform the following;

  • Initial move-out inspections

  • Report damages and cost to facility management

  • Replace door lock key or code

  • Coordinate work-flow (supervision)

  • Painting 

  • Perform preventive maintenance (HVAC, Dryers, washers, refrigerators, dishwashers, drain cleaning).

  • Perform repairs of all fixtures, hardware, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, covers, switches, blinds/drapes, window screens, doors, stair, handles, bars, mirrors, shelves, fans and more.

  • Cleaning 

  • Carpet cleaning

  • Final Walkthrough with facility management
